DAY 1
• 9:15am - Depart
• 2:30pm - Arrive in Varadero and board chartered bus to Havana
• 5:30pm - Arrive in Havana, check into Hotel
• 7:00pm - Dinner
DAY 2
• 7:00-10:00am - Breakfast at Hotel
• 10:00am - Group meeting
• 10:30am - 11:30am - Classic Car tour around Havana
• 12:30pm - 5:00pm - Free Time
• 5:00pm - 9:00pm - Welcome Dinner and Party - this is where you meet and dance with all the Cuban instructors as well as get paired up with your partner for the week.
DAY 3
• 7:00-8:30am - Breakfast
• 9:30am-12:30pm - Dance Lessons
• 12:30pm - 1:30pm - Lunch
• 1:30pm - 7:30pm - Free Time
• 7:30pm - 10:30pm - Hotel Party
DAY 4
• 7:00-9:00am - Breakfast
• 9:30am-12:30pm - Dance Lessons
• 1:00-3:30pm - lunch followed by cigar, rum and coffee tasting experience
• 3:30-9:00pm - free time
• 9:00pm - bus leaves to Hotel Plaza for dancing
• 12:00am - back to Hotel
DAY 5
• 7:00-8:30am - Breakfast
• 9:00am-12:00pm - Dance Lessons (NOTE: lessons start 30 mins early)
• 12:30-5:00pm - BEACH DAY
• 9:00pm - Live music outing or free night
DAY 6
• 7:00-9:30am - Breakfast
• 9:30am - 12:30pm - Lessons
• 12:30-1:30pm - Lunch
• 1:30-9:00pm - Free Time (we suggest checking out Callejon de Hamel for rumba dancing and tour)
• 9:00pm - Bus leaves to 1830 (social dancing outdoors)
DAY 7
• 7:00-9:00am - Breakfast
• 9:00-9:30am - Students meet and assemble staff gift bags
• 9:30-11:30am - Lessons/Prep final performance
• 12:00pm - Bus leaves to farewell location
• 12:30pm -Final demonstrations, awards and Recognitions*
• 1:30pm - Farewell lunch
• 2:30-6:00pm - Dancing, pool party
• 9:00pm - social dancing at Plaza hotel or live music
DAY 8
• 8:00am-1:00pm Bus transfers back to Varadero (we won't know exact time until we are in havana, each city will have a different bus departure time, usually 6-7 hours before flight departs)
